Sounds like you know what you're after, and the schools you've chosen seem to be in range as well (i.e. Euro schools tend to be more forgiving of age and although they do skew a little older, you'll likely still be amongst the oldest in the incoming classes at any of these schools; and yes Euro schools aren't as gung ho about extracurriculars - they focus more on work experience/career progression). In any case, it sounds like you know what you're doing so it's just a matter of focusing on the applications.

Alex,

Many thanks.

Appreciate your quick response.

Do you think profile stands a good chance at these schools?

Especially IMD... I am in love with IMD program and I think I should give it my best shot...but currently I do feel inadequate with not so stellar progression to a high leadership position. My work is still lot on technical side ..but I do lead teams.

Do they really look out for if you can talk business a lot etc...The amount of prep it needs pretty much makes me feel you already have to be an MBA :(

Thanks

Just give them your best shot. You have enough of a chance that it's worth at least applying and seeing what happens.
