I was wondering if I could get your input on my situation:

GMAT: 680
GPA: 2.9 (Miami University)
Experience: 6 Years ( Day Trader in Chicago; Wealth Management with Merrill Lynch, UBS and Wells Fargo)
Schools Interested, Full-Time: Ohio State, Vanderbilt, and Texas

Any help is appreciated. I have reached out to your company and am scheduled for a conference call on Thursday.

Thanks,

Steve

Hi Steve,

Thanks for posting. First, I recommend you read with case study of a candidate with a sub 3.0 GPA who was accepted into Columbia and Chicago Booth: http://www.stacyblackman.com/comprehens ... ies/case5/

It will provide some insight into ways you can address your undergraduate record. The second note I wanted to mention is that MBA programs are first and foremost looking to cultivate future leaders, so any leadership experience you can highlight in your application will be important.

Hope this was of help.

Cheers,

Conrad and the Stacy Blackman Team
