How much prep have you already done? What materials are you using? The prep review guides like Princeton Review
et al have strategies for every section of the test. I would definitely pick one up if you haven't already.
For RC passages, I read the question first, then skim the passage to see where the answer ought to be. I read that part of the passage carefully, then check the answer options. If the answer doesn't jump out at me, I look at the passage more closely. But I pretty much skim and don't read every word. Seems to work.
