Knowing so little about what you've done in your career, I can only tell you about some of the programs that exist in Europe and Asia and what you will need to demonstrate to them to earn a spot in their classes. In the UK is the LBS Sloan Fellows program, and in Asia is the Nanyang Fellows program plus the one-year programs at the IIM's (IIML's IPMX, IIMB's EPGP, IIMC's PGPEX, IIMA's PGPX), and ISB's PGPMAX. These are very competitive programs that will want to hear about your ability to lead new ideas and initiatives through your organization. Since you have no extracurricular activities to speak of, the burden will be even more significant on you to show impact and people skills at work.
