Neither Pete Rose, the leader in hits in major league baseball, nor Shoeless Joe Jackson, the only rookie to hit over .400, have been admitted to the Hall of Fame.

has or have? I thought it should be "has", however PowerScore says "have" is correct. is it a typo or I am mistaken?

I think it is a typo.

The number of the verb depends of the number of the noun after nor/or.
