Hello Ron,
There will be a change to the GMAT starting June 5, 2012. THE change you may want to know includes the addition of the "Integrated Reasoning" portion (replacing one of the two essays). I've included a couple links that you may find very helpful. I've decided to push back my GMAT a few weeks which will now include this but the most important thing is to take the exam when you're ready and not make the decision based on this new format, especially when the IR section will not hold weight in your application (you may want to double check with others around the forum).
Let me know if you have any additional questions!
