A is out for using singular 'makes' for techniques.
B Modifier problem.
D wordy and awkward. absense of 'it' and inclusion of was at the end.
E use of has against techniques

No answer is good enough……. Though through POE….. C stands out
Techniques is plural hence A is out…B has modifier problem..D is very awkward,….E same as A

A - subject modifier problem. techniques - makes (should be make)
B - modifier problem
C - Best of the lot. Keep
D - wordy
E - subject modifier problem. techniques - has (should be have)

because in greater detail in B is non essential modifier while it is essential ,Therefore C \m/
