Actually, Harvard and Stanford favor younger applicants, and the fact that you hail from an under-represented country (Turkey), will possibly help garner the attention of your target schools and others.
It's really more about what you have done with your experience vs. how much of it you have, so pull out the stories of leadership and creativity and it will help. As for "improving yourself," the best advice I can give you is to remain involved in your chosen activities, and try to aim for leadership positions. Better to just be involved in a couple of things, but be involved deeply, than to try and crank up something new that could communicate that you just did it so you could have something more on your resume.
