Non-traditional applicant! Please evaluate [#permalink]

I am a Teach For America corps member from New Orleans looking to apply to MBA programs with emphasis on non-profit and social impact. I scored a 650 on the GMAT (38 Verbal, 42 Quant, 6.0 AWA) but will be taking it again next month. I'm confident I can get a 700 or close to it. I have a 3.65 GPA (GPA increased every semester) with econ major and philosophy minor. Also, I took many finance and stats courses, and I'll be taking a calc course at the local university next semester.
My essays clearly establish a link between my corps experience and my future potential in education leadership. I also make a connection between my experience as a teacher and the skill set I've built (in terms of general management and leadership) as a result of it. Also, I was promoted after my first year because my students did exceptionally well in their end of the year state standardized test. I have been recognized as one of the best teachers. And finally, I'm the first (and only) in my family to go to college. I'm passionate about education and I need this MBA to lead structural changes in education in India especially for the worse-off (my career plan).
Here are the colleges that I'm applying to this upcoming round (I will select a few more for next round depending on the outcome of these applications).
Yale SOM - My top choice
Haas - Berkeley
Stanford GSB
Stern
Columbia
Should I be considering any other programs?

You didn't give me crucial info like your gender, age, cultural background, but based on what I have I would say that, even assuming you get a 700, your are overreaching at Stanford, CBS, and Haas. Your Teach for America experience and industry (education) are assets that set you apart, but beyond I don't see other differentiators. Your odds are better at Stern and Yale SOM, but those still seem like reaches to me. In terms of other schools, assuming a 700, consider schools like Cornell, UNC, Notre Dame.
