just received an e-mail from Kellogg Admissions for a telephonic interview for the 1-Y.
would appreciate inputs from those in the know of things, about what to expect, preparatory steps and unexpected things to watch out for.

regards Hi 1coolcat- Congrats on getting the interview after the waiver, that is a good sign! I would assume the telephone interview is similar to a face-to-face interview, so check the 2Y thread to get a feel for what questions are commonly asked: kellogg-northwestern-2013-calling-all-applicants-135309-220.htmlAlso check this blog for sample questions: http://blog.clearadmit.com/category/int ... l/kellogg/Practice the interview with some friends/family to get comfortable with speaking. i just received an e-mail update from kellogg with an instruction check on the application status link. their decision is a waitlist  wonder how it goes on from here.

not a very active group for 1yr applicants .. but just wanted to mention I got my invite for the 1yr program .. registered for Mumbai, February 9 @ 11am. They have 3 slots 10am, 11am, 12 noon.
Any advise would be helpful, and also fellow candidates can ping me so we are not strangers when we meet at the interview location!

I am a one year applicant from Kellogg - can you tell me if any one else has been called for a phone/skype interview ? If yes, can you share your experience ?
Any idea about the acceptance rate for the 1 year program ?

I am on the dreaded waiting list. Is it a big negative to not have any updates like an award or a promotion between the time of interview and now? Anyone else in the same boat / any advices?
