At first you have to concentrate on second issue.

I wrote down all the formula and concepts and stick those papers on wall. I review those for 15 minutes as the first thing after waking up. It helped.

The other issue can be solved only by practicing.

Experts please share your opinions.

I like this. You're doing two things that have been shown to improve memory:

- doing short but frequent study sessions (only 15 minutes, but you're doing it every day)
- physically writing down things that you want to remember

I tell a lot of my students to get in the habit of setting their alarm 15-30 minutes early every morning and studying. It means you'll start the day feeling as if you've already accomplished something! And, the time you spend adds up quickly.
