i did searched before posting but no proper explanation was posted there.
Will be glad if someone can throw some light on the not only ...but also usage here.

I belive that many people (even I - have test next tuesday) will make mistake by making assumption that "but also" has to always come with not only. If you are out of that illusion than no option will look incorrect.

Why D is preferred over A.
