Any insight would be greatly appreciated:

White American Male, 26
3.0 GPA from T2 Liberal Arts (Colby, Trinity, Colgate)
710 GMAT
4 Years work experience as marketing analyst at Fortune 500 Insurance Company. Promoted twice, excellent recs from VP level.
Minimal extras

In with 50% or better schol at BC and BU. Wondering if it is better to go now, or wait an additional year and try for a top 15/20 program (CMU, Georgetown, UT)? Any chance at a better offer then whats on the table now, and if not which program would be the better option to move in to a product/brand management role?

Expert's post
Hi afe4455,

You have a strong application. I recommend you first identify what your goals are post-graduation (particularly if there are any specific companies you are interested in working for), and then to speak to the career centers at each school to discuss what opportunities are available post-graduation. Career centers are very open with this information, and about the companies that recruit at the school. After, I also recommend you speak to alumni and current students to discuss their experiences at the program. Unfortunately, there is no "right" answer, however the more data points you gather, the better your final decision will be.

Cheers,

Conrad and the Stacy Blackman Team
