NTU application query-very important [#permalink]

hey guys, i have submitted by app for the NTU Full time MBA program. although i did get my application number, but when i try to check my app status by giving in the details, it says no record found..am a lil confused as to why such a thing is happening. Hi Friends,
I have a query regarding the documents to be uploaded.
1. Referee Report --> As per the NTU site these have to be sent to NTU directly , do we also have to upload the same.
.
2. Passport size photo( 2 nos) -> Now how do we do it. I have a photograph I clicked in JPEG format can I attach that , or do I need to downsize it to low resolution.
