I would say, going by the economy and work situation in these two countries, Singapore would definitely be a better choice.
UK job market is completely dry and also OXFORD is not the top school in UK, so you have a lot of competition from LBS.
Moreover, very heavy on taxes, if you are considering future job. its pretty hard to live in London. Singapore is damn low in taxes, although still quite expensive to live.
School wise, definitely SAID would have a better brand for your future as OXFORD University is quite a name in itself.
Now, I would say choose is based on what you want to do in future. Think about your post-MBA career and it might help you make the right choice.
