We really overlook the importance of food and spend all our energies on other aspects of life. In this article, the author very nicely explains the link between the soaring healthcare costs and the food that we consume.

Now there is a great niche for nutritionists and doctors consulting insurance companies on healthy lifestyle habits.

Though the biggest challenge for insurance companies is politics, not science. Good luck to the insurance companies fighting food companies and policy makers.
