Congratz mates. Yes! They seem to be in a mission. My app was considered completed only on saturday, the day the scores were "officially" reported. I applied the previous saturday for westchester program.

I come home today to see an update. I am in. Woooohoooo!!!!

It's been a dream run, something I am not accustomed to. It happened so quick. Exactly 15 days after my GMAT, I am in the school I wanted to be in.

My profile:

730 (q51 v38 A4.5).
1.5 years of experience in software engg.
Masters in EE from columbia graduated in 2006.

All the best for everyone who are yet to receive their letters. I am sure the good news is just around the corner.

How about other guys here- Scorpioguy, Harshumann,Abhi007

Did you hear anything yet?I'm getting so anxious about the result- have already submitted 5 recommendations till now. 4 with the application and one just yesterday.Just wondering if they really give much preference to add-on recommendations like this. The last one was from a professor at NYU.

Congratulations ioiio!!

Umesh, I applied on July 12 and still waiting to hear. I wonder about the rolling admissions process. Have kept my fingers crossed. I think your decision to send NYU Prof's reco was a great move. Wish you good luck!!

Congrats guys who have made it through already !!

Well as for me, I still have not heard from them....waiting eagerly for a response.
I applied on 14th Sept late night. I have a quick question, does anyone know if candidates have started to get rejection emails, or is that the last thing they do ?

Also if anyone knows about the present database count...

No counts in the database yet. All the lists are empty. I think it'll take a week before we could see anything there.

You should receive an email from NYU Stern MBA Admissions, yes. It won't say whether you're accepted or not, it will say something like...

There has been an update to the status of your application to the NYU Stern MBA program. To view the current status of your application, please visit the Application Status Check Website.

You never know what the adcom might be thinking. My bet would be to appear again-even if you did not mention in the 4th essay.

Anybody who got rejection yet?
