This thread is hilarious, and I second Sheva's comment. Since most top b-schools are about 70% male, I'd be interested to see some comments on the male populations across schools.
I have visited Berkeley, Stanford, Yale, and Northwestern, so I can speak to them.
Stanford=hot. The most gorgeous guy from my undergrad ended up there. I think the interviewer's rating scale just asks about attractiveness because it's California dreamin' every day.
Kellogg. I thought the girls here were really pretty, and the guys were just ok.
Yale had hot international guys and so-so American guys. I might just have a thing for internationals though....hmmm. Overall though, Yale draws a dorky and mousy type of girl and a jew-fro kind of boy. Not exactly my type for dating, but that's why I'm probably attending Yale (and dragging the boyfriend with me). Hmmm, not that there are many gay people at a school of only 500 people...
Berkeley: the guys here were good looking, not as attractive as Stanford's, but totally worth a second look, or even a second date!
On a side note I visited Harvard as an undergrad, and even if they're hot, they're so into themselves that they're already in relationships...with themselves. Hey, wait, my boyfriend went to Harvard...ugh, I hate this world and its evil irony!
Great post, hilarious.
And now I wish I had applied to Yale. I enjoy hanging out with dorky girls and jewfro guys... I agree about harvard guys, and also girls... I've just never liked the vibe there.
Either way, my wife's coming with me, so I'm not in the dating scene... I'm just hoping I'm not surrounded by tools...(luckily I didn't see this at the three schools I applied to... but did at one I didn't apply to...)

As a girl with a very long term bf, I'm accepting applications for me to be your wing woman. I have six years experience in the field and a long list of positive recommendations. (Just don't listen to my friend Matt. I saved him from himself and he just can't accept it.)
Though given the survival rates of LTRs in b-school I may be considering the talent by the end of the first Thanksgiving after all!
From my visits: Stanford: Normal attractive. Very CA type. You know what I mean. Sandals. I mean sandals. Berkeley: See above, but also the whole Berkeley vibe. Wharton: It was cold and everyone was super bundled up. I don't remember anyone making much of an impression one way or another. Kellogg: Relatively attractive, but I remember noticing the girls were attractive more than I do the guys. Tuck: Decent. Fairly standard. Darden: Gorgeous. Seriously. Both times I visited I remember thinking how oddly, incredibly attractive the dudes were. And the girls? Average. Which means our odds are fantastic. Yay women!

So if your boyfriend was smart, he'd send a letter to the Darden adcom clarifying that your "work experience" is actually dealing crack outside the local 7-11 to get you a ding.

Actually, he's starting at HBS in August, so I think he'll be fine either way.
The folks at HBS are on a plane of attractiveness higher than most. But as an earlier comment mentioned, quite a few of the men are too self-obsessed to get their d**k out of their own a**. There are plenty of genuinely nice and attractive people, though. But very very few ugly people. Also, a lot of cross-pollination going on; not to concern suecone too much, as I'm sure you're in a committed relationship, but people will hit on your bf frequently. (I get hit on by men and women and I'm not gay or in the program! My SO thinks it's amusing. )

I think the reason for Darden is I believe 20% are military guys, which to an extent, almost guarantees machismo and fitness.

Any opinions on the quality of the men at Booth, Sloan, and Tepper? Specifically, the availability of brilliant, cerebral men who also have a personality?

I could say I know of at least one at Sloan, but I suppose that'd be a little arrogant.

Rexman is attending the Full-time program at the Ross School of business this Fall and is charming enough to get any single woman in the program to marry him. Will he meet his spouse within the MBA program?
(1) 30% of the 900 business students will be women. (2) 270 of the women at Ross will be either married or otherwise involved.
(A) Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not sufficient.
(B) Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient.
(C) BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient.
(D) EACH statement ALONE is sufficient.
(E) Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient.
Answer
(E) Rexman could be gay or bisexual and we don't know if he is charming enough to seduce any single men or whether or not there will be any single men in the program.

I just threw up in my mouth a little bit after seeing a data sufficiency question. PTSD.

Sorry stochastic, might be tough sledding for you at B-school. _________________
