(1) The farm has more than twice as many cows as it has pigs.
(2) The farm has more than 12 pigs.

we have, 2/3 of 60 = 40 animals which are either pigs or cows.
1) Insufficient. It can be, say, (10P,30C) or (11P, 29C) or (12P,28C) or(13P,27C)
2) Insufficient. By itself it means the number of pigs can be 13 or 14 or whatever.

Together the number of pigs can only be 13 and the cows 27.
