Hi everyone,
Could someone explain to me the 'of the' rule. When does the verb agree (in terms of singular/plural) with the noun before 'of the' and when does it agree with the noun after it.
E.g. The power of both the chips and electronic devices has (singular agreement with power). i'm sure I read that the verb should agree with the noun after the 'of the' phrase?
Thanks for elucidating!
