OG Quant could be enough practice for the Quantitative section? I have mainly been using these two books to revise my math. Advice will be greatly appreciated.

Depends on what you are hoping to get from the books. If you are already strong in Quant and are just going through the books to revise and see what kind of questions GMAT gives you, OG could be enough. But if you are using OG to get familiar with concepts and to understand the basics, you might want to consider additional prep material. OG doesn't teach you the concepts in detail; It just gives you an idea of the kind of questions asked in the test. It is a must-have additional resource but is not considered sufficient on its own for most people.
