It is tough to correlate performance in OG to an actual GMAT score. But I would guess that a 700 scorer would get 90%+ correct on the OG. Of course the best way to get a solid assessment of where you stand is to take a full length CAT from the free official GMATPrep software.

Generally agree with statements above -- but wanted to note that the relative percentage for verbal is more lenient than it is for quant.

Getting 90% of verbal questions will set you apart a bit more than getting 90% of quant questions in OG correct. So when you mention 90% -- I would look a little bit on the higher side for where the bar is set for quant and a little bit on the lower side for where the bar is set for verbal.
