Hi,

By Diploma, I meant Bachelors (BS) here!

Yes one BS is fine, the one without fails. If you have some good Masters, you can show that too!

I would suggest you to take one math type course in community college in your area, and get good grades just to prove to adcom that you are capable of doing quant stuff. Also as I mentioned, have a good score in GMAT/GRE (GRE quant part is easier, and GRE is now accepted in all major bschools).

But make sure you present overall personality in your application.
