solve the equation

|x-1|=|x^2 - 1|

1) x = 1

2) |x+1| = 1 => x = 0, -2.

0, -1 and 2 = answers.

Why? Both 0, -2 and 1 satisfy this equation (simply put 0, 1, and -2) into it and see. Are there any other answers?

the correct set is [-2, 1, and 0]

Yes, I changed signs before -2 and 1 :oops:

But I think, that this misprint is really clear when compared to the solution...
