"given your past experiences(Academic, professional and personal), provide an example of how you have contributed to the diversity of a particular community or organization."

the only thing I can think of is how I made the International Students Organization at my previous univ a more active organization, by encouraging participation in activities, while at the same time got other student clubs members to come join us in our forums and activities,and then we reciprocated the same...is this an appropriate answer?
