On application rounds [#permalink] New post 01 Jul 2010, 03:43
I'm about a year and a half away from applying, but I'm trying to get at least marginally familiar with the application process now. Here's my question:

When is the deadline to notify a school of your decision to attend a program? Is it the same for all rounds or is the deadline based on when I receive notification?

Basically, if I get accepted in R1 to Chicago, do I have to give them a final answer before I receive notification from my R2 schools?

Thanks much!

GTChE,

There's actually a response to this exact question in the topic "Best MBA application tips?" in the "The B-School Application" forum. I know this only because I was wondering the same thing and just found the response :-D

The topic referenced above has a lot of great application tips, especially near the beginning of the thread; I recommend making some time to peruse.
