Hi All,

I have my GMAT scheduled soon and I wanted to knw if I can utilize the tutorial time to jot down some AWA format and timing strategy table.
I mean are you allowed to use and write on scratch pad before starting the GMAT ?

Thanks !

Yes, you can do whatever you want during the instruction time (well... within the test center policy limits that is)

Thanks bb ! So does every test center has a different policy ? Is it advisable to ask the proctor before ?

Just wanted to give info to anybody having similar query and stumbled on this post.
I gave my GMAT and for me the proctor didn't even care what I am doing after she handed over the scratch pad. So you CAN utilize your tutorial time for anything you like.

Just curious how much time do you get during the initial phase before the start of the AWA section and jot down stuff?

Sorry I really didn't notice the time but it was comfortable enough for me to draw the timing chart for my timing strategy (Refer GMATPREPNOW FREE timing strategy video).
I didn't pay much attention to the tutorial .
