A for me.

'Will' is right and 'would' is wrong. This leaves us with A and E.

E sounds terrible with 'declines upto 50% of sales' and 'will have maintained'

Is would wrong cause we are speaking about "this year" so that the future in the past concept is not appropriate ?

In A ".......volume of sales fairly close to last year " close to last year does not seem to make sense. I will go with D. last year's (sale).

Will go with "D".

But if I look at "B", "decline in sales ", its idiomatically correct.

What is the OA??

Hello, the OA is (D)

Choice A is error because it should be last year's rather than last year.

but what's wrong with (C).

The verb experienced needs a direct object. C doesn't establish that

Sunilbhat,

Don't you think the direct subject of "have experienced" is "store" ??
If yes, I am still hesitating between C & D
