I believe I and II are fine, but III may not be true if 65 or more people have a salary of 350 even

From what is given 64>=350 and 64<=350 IMO 1 can not be since there may be 63<=350, II is possible and III also

The median of 350 is fixed.

III is wrong. All can have 350.
II is wrong. One employee can have zero, the others -- 350.
I is right.

So, why II is wrong? In fact it holds : at least 63 employees have 350 or less. It doesn't say "at most"
