4. One company has 127 people, whose income median is 350. Which of
the following must be true?

I at least 64 person have income bigger than or equal to 350.
II at least 63 person have income smaller than or equal to 350.
III at most 64 person have income bigger than or equal to 350.

this is one of those "roman " numeral questions..so one or more
statements "can" be true.

I believe I and II are fine, but III may not be true if 65 or more people have a salary of 350 even

From what is given 64>=350 and 64<=350 IMO 1 can not be since there may be 63<=350, II is possible and III also

The median of 350 is fixed.

III is wrong. All can have 350.
II is wrong. One employee can have zero, the others -- 350.
I is right.

So, why II is wrong? In fact it holds : at least 63 employees have 350 or less. It doesn't say "at most"
