I say B...
the boldface conclusion states that the drink cannot help increase oxygen b/c oxygen can only be absorbed through the bloodstream.
B: states that the drink will not increase oxygen b/c exercisers's muscles are already maxed out and cannot absorb any more oxygen.
I don't think D works b/c it states one way (but not the only way) a body can increase its ability to absorb oxygen. Now if it said the ONLY way a body can increase oxygen absorbtion is through exercise, this would work b/c it would then discredit the drink as having any impact.
I'm still new so I could be waaaaaaaaaay off base here. Please feel free to critique my analysis.

choice B
if the amount of oxygen in the blood of people who are exercising is already more than the muscle can absorb, then there is no pupose for super oxy water.

I too chose B. B sounds perfectly logical. But the OA is A. Is it possible that the answer is wrong?

I am still not sold on A, just because it could be replaced by tap water, doesnt it make super oxy USELESS, it will still work, just will cost more !!

My B too..
boldface is saying water will not help as lungs can only help, same with B which says that the oxygen is at max, and will not add...
A still has some possibility with tap water..
