Online MBA: Kenan Flagler (no GMAT) vs Kelley (GMAT)

Kenan Flagler online MBA program does not require GMAT. On the encouragement of a counselor, I applied without taking GMAT - I did like their curriculum. I got admitted. but the program costs is some $100K! Although I have up $50K reimbursement from work if I get a grade of B- or better, an extra $40K is still steep compared to Kelley's $64K or so. I am in my mid-40s and already getting a pretty good salary, so I am not sure the "opportunity cost" of paying the tuition vs saving for retirement is too high. Kelley does require GMAT and I just started studying for the next 3 months. I can pay a deposit to Kenan to hold the spot, and if my GMAT is ok, I am thinking of applying Kelley to save some $40K. That's my thought anyway. My purpose of getting an MBA is to upgrade the skill needed for my current job and to enhance my resume for the future - my type of job usually requires an MBA.
I thought the two schools are much in the same league, although Kenan is ranked a 2-3 spots higher than Kelley. I personally feel that the brand of Kenan is more attractive.
Can you provide me some thoughts? I can't make up my mind.
In one way, I could have enrolled in Kenan and start the class in two months (July). In the other way, I have to waste my energy studying the boring and perplexing GMAT for a few month, trying to catch the and apply for a lesser school by Aug.18 or Feb.2 deadline, bugging the same recommender to write for me, and not even know if I would be admitted.
But if Kelley and Kenan are in deep considered equivalent, then maybe I should work for the next 3-4 months to save $40K? comments please.
