Opportunity to work aboard post school [#permalink] New post 25 Jun 2011, 09:07
Hi everyone-

I have a strong interest to work out of the US for a couple years post my MBA (eg Europe, Asia). What industry / field makes it possible to do that? Any suggestion to get on that international path?

Currently i'm interested in consulting / cpg

Thank you

It seems a bit backwards to choose your future career function based upon location but I think consulting is one way to do it. I think the CPG route would be a little bit harder. Operations/manufacturing is a big deal in Asia and Europe in some sub-sectors. I am not sure what program you are aiming for but I know USC has a very strong relationship with Asia both with their PRIME project and the student body who probably has connections in Asia.
