"has the ability" is much more wordy than "can".

Between A and C, I think C has a modifier problem.

Guys, can we use a "," along with "which" in this sentence? I think "," is not needed here at all. any comments?

for the use of non-restrictive clause, you need a 'comma'. Why do you think, it's not needed?

(A) Looks fine. But shouldn't the sentence read "technique find use in x,y,z" instead of "technique find uses in x,y,z".

technique is singular...that is y it is followed by a singular verb "uses", Does it make sense
