(A) does not read like an apprentice work
(B) seems not to read as an apprentice work
(C) does not seem to read as an apprentice work would
(D) does not read like an apprentice work does
(E) reads unlike an apprentice work

I think D is best.. somehow E doesnt sound that good.

A. another tough one. used POE. i still donot understand what massage the sentence is trying to convey.

In D, it is wrong to have "like +noun+verb".

D is wrong

LIKE WILL NEVER FOLLOW A NOUN AND A VERB. ONLY NOUNS AND NOUN PHRASES.
