E is incorrect in GMAT English. Comparisons are almost always based around "like" or "as".

The OA is A guys

The catch here is Like vs As... It seems like we are comparing to actions, but actually we are comparing two nouns . so Like has to be there.
So leaves us with 2 answer choices A and D. D is wrong because it brings in the action part again by using "does"

When would you use "as" and when would you use "like"? Can you please explain?
