I am lost between tense coherence and general meaning...
I was looking for a "that brings" end...

My default choice is B

B it is with proper verb tense agreement
A and D "have" does not agree with "fascination"
C and E "bring" does not agree with "market"
"All things antique" is proper english although not commonly heard of.

B.

1. "all things antique" just means "all things that are antique". It is supposed to give a subtle difference in meaning from "antique things"
2. On the verb, simply put - Market had grown.... Market is bringing...
