Has/is : singular
Have/are : plural
grown a market is the main subject of the statement: so obviously this statement needs singular format

yup, need has since a market has grown. so eliminate A and D.
Similarly need market that brings or market that is bringing so eliminate C and E.

Couple of reasons to support the option [B]
Reason 1: The subject here is fascination which is why the use of 'has grown' and not 'have grown' - which is rightly used in option [B]
Reason 2: 'is bringing' is the correct usage, as 'fascination' the subject is singular

Come on... antique is an adjective... it must be prior to things!!!! antique things should be the good construction!!
Could anyone explain that strange OA?
