Please help me with this essay. How about the outline?
Should i mention the lack of an industry in my country and it is a challenge to my country and an opportunity for me?

Discuss significant challenges and opportunities currently facing the industry or functional area in which you plan to work after completing your MBA degree. As a change agent and visionary leader, how would you approach these issues to have a positive impact on business and society?

GMATcram,

I don't know what you mean by "the outline." What outline? If the country you plan to work in lacks an industry in the field you are trying to enter, then, yes, that's a pretty significant challenge! Go for it.

Sorry for not being clear.

Should I mention the below flow?
1. Decribe the lack of an industry and good expereinced leader in the industry
2. How it helps my country if it develops?
3. How I can contribute after MBA?
Please evaluate the outline above. Thanks for your big heart.

Yes, that's a good structure.
