Retake the GMAT and shoot for a 700+ as it'll improve your chances for schools outside the top 16 (Oxford, Cambridge, Emory, UNC, USC, Georgetown, Indiana, Purdue, Tepper, Texas, etc.).
As for the top 16 schools, you'll still be a stretch even with a 700+ score, but at least you will have enough of a shot that it may be worth applying to 1-2 schools like Cornell, Stern, or UCLA.
In short:
Top 16: choose 1-2 as your stretch schools
Outside the top 16: choose 3-4 and treat them as your sweet spot schools.
Outside the top 30: choose 0-1 as your safety schools
