Yes, mine says "your application has been reviewed by the admissions committee and you have been put on the wait list". I called thekm to see what the process was and they told me that they think their is an error in the status and will try to call me back by the end of the day.

My status was just changed.

"Submission Status: Submitted
Submitted Date: 1/24/2012 5:24:00 PM EST "

So basically now it says nothing... :/ don't know what that means...

My status is still the same as today morning:

Submission Status: Submitted
Submitted Date: 1/23/2012 1:36:00 AM EST
Your FEMBA application is currently being reviewed by the admissions committee and a decision will be released by the publish date for your round.

To me it feels like the adcom folks are probably "testing" the releasing of results for R2 online... and we're probably seeing residual activity related to the testing... any other guesses!?!!

They called me back. They said that I wasn't supposed to see that status update... That they were sort of internal decisions that have not yet been finalized... Final decisions to be out march 23...

We had the same issue in round 1. If you read the 1st page, a lot of us found out we got in when we weren't suppose to. I hope in your case though, that there was an actual error and that you didn't see the true decision.

This is what my page has said all day yesterday and this morning. I have not seen a change and I even looked about 30 minutes after your original post yesterday.

I read about how that happened in R1, sounded painful. Anyone else have any updates?

Yes, I posted my status after reading through what the R1 folks had experienced... I had not seen cradledadl's update (about being wait listed) before I posted my message... well, its just a matter of time before the results get published... we've waited this long.. just a few more days... keeping up the optimism!

cradledadl, like USCTrojan2006 says, let's hope that the results were errorneous....

And USCTrojan2006, congratulations on making it, in R1!

Thanks guys. Although it may not be the final decision, I'm pretty sure that was a real "decision" at least for now. I guess I'll just wait and see until the final decisions come. Good luck to everyone.

My status has also changed from “being reviewed” to only “submitted” but unlike you guys, I only noticed the change today.
Does anyone still have the “old message” in the status, or did it become “submitted” to everyone?

neverevergiveup, the following have had their status changed to just "submitted":
razor35gmat, ckAnderson, cradedadl.. and of course you... so far, based on responses on this thread!

PS: Folks, I noticed that last year, the results for R2 FEMBA were sent out starting 17th of March, though the admission decision date was indicated as May 4th... I read previous forums [https://gmatclub.com/forum/calling-usc-mba-pm-and-ucla-femba-2011-round-2-applicants-110459.html#p890436] to get these dates.

I called FEMBA admissions and they said this is a provisional decision and is subject to change between now and March 23

My status hasn't changed since the last time I saw it... It still says "Submitted" without any explanation.
Based on last year's R2 decision date, I am hoping we get to know the results starting March 17th (at least!)... :roll:

Sorry to hear Derek! I'm surprised that they are releasing provisional decisions like that, but now at least you have an idea so you can start building a case for yourself to get off the waitlist.


I wonder what this means for the people with "submitted" only? As much as I didn't think this wait would be challenging, the pressure SLOWLY builds.
