Sorry for the late reply. Prepping for internship interview among other things. Can't share exact details, but top tier Canadian university. Above average/requirement for GPA and GMAT. No internship (Big 4, BB, Industrial). Decent extra curricular and entrepreneurial experience (flying around the world Europe, Asia, North America). Hope that helps.

Well,Thanks for that. Was just wondering how would the GPA contribute to the admission process. The website states the requirement at 3.5/4, but mine falls behind that specified mark by few points, but it is still above 3. Kindly let me know if a good GMAT can cover up for the GPA. Coming to myself, a Bachelor's in communication engineering from a Indian University of good repute and currently in Accenture's Information Technology wing. No prior management background. Please share your valuable insights,if any, that might help me in my process of applying to Class 2013. Thanks!

To tell you the truth, you should really just phone admission and ask. I was pretty sure 3.5 GPA or whatever the standard is for India is the minimal requirement. Better make sure and plead your case to admission before they auto-reject you for that. Tell them your working at Accenture and 720 plus GMAT. I think competition is going to be kinda ferocious, since a lot Indian candidate fit your profile: engineering, high GMAT & decent job, but also high GPA.

Kinda racist, but funny and somewhat true meme about how all engineering programs in North American are full of Asian (I am Asian and from NA although non-engineer) and all UK grad school are full of Indians. The pic displays one white guy surrounded by all asian and one white guy surrounded by all Indians. From what I see in these forums it seems somewhat accurate.
