Has anyone else got off the waitlist? Is there any hope? I haven't heard anything since June 1 post from Christine Sneva on Johnson blog. Looks like all the waitlisted guys have moved to their other admits.
I hope the Cornell gets back to us with its decision soon.

no word either. international here so running up against the constraints of the visa hurdle too. the glimmer of hope is fading fast.

I have now given up .. they wud have sent the admits after 1 june.. i dont see what will change between now and 1st july ... accounting for the time it will take get a visa .. i cant attend johnson this year ..

I wouldn't give up hope just yet. I know someone from China just got the acceptance call three hrs ago.

Wow, thats good to hear. WL movement for internatinals. Anything so far today ? Fingers crossed now...

Someone just posted yesterday on the Facebook group that they were admitted from the WL recently. I wouldn't say all is lost yet.

Hey Pitpit, thank you so much for your message of moral support and hope, its greatly appreciated! Guys, my intention in posting a message about the WL was to gauge how many of us are still eagerly awaiting some news so we may discuss and share our experiences and anxieties while we wait and give each other strength and support rather than just checking in on the gmatclub website every few hours and feeling even more helpless at no updates/messages! Based on the blog from gmatclub last year, someone received an admit off the wait list in Mid-late July and also a few people were called on the first day of orientation! So I think, having made it this far along on the WL, we all have a good long summer (albeit an anxious one til The Call) to keep the faith and believe/have hope that our WL status will change to an Admit! =)

Lurker and regular page refresher Applied in R1, waiting for half a year now Anyone here have other admits that they will go to (paid deposit, initiated visa processes etc.), but desperately waiting for Johnson ? What do you plan to do?

I think its curtains for internationals at least.. Maybe there is hope for people who do not require a visa...

After all the wait, I have decided to pursue another opportunity. I have let the ad com know of my decision. I wish you guys all the best and hope that they do take a lot of people in from the waitlist.

Sorry to hear that gunnertv. It continues to be a excruciatingly painful wait for all of us All the best for the admit you are taking up.

I read that applications are up 16% over the prior year and they got almost 2100 applications this year.
