Hello!
Your academic profile is pretty strong, with the only caveat being that you don't seem to have a lot of quant course work from undergrad. I think your strong GMAT quant score will make up for that though.
Congrats on your promotion! It's important to show that you are rising talent at your firm, so that is great. PWC is a great name to have on your resume, but it's more important that you are able to demonstrate leadership in your professional profile. Have you led teams, engaged with senior level 'executives'/agency officials, taken initiative and had a really positive impact on the business? Those are the kinds of things you want to demonstrate -- it's difficult for me to say whether you can or not. If so, then great!
Sounds like you are really engaged in your community, and that is really great. Again, it would be great if you could demonstrate leadership in the community (versus just active volunteering), especially if you don't have as much leadership experience at work. It was unclear to me whether your community activities are current or whether they all happened in college -- if it's the latter, then this will be a bit of a red flag to the ad coms.
As far as extracurriculars go, I didn't see much mention. Your founding of your college frat is great, but again, it's from college, so not ideal.
I would say that HBS and Tuck might be tough with your profile (HBS is really looking for people who are self-starters, creating opportunities for themselves and others as they go through life. I don't see a ton of that in your profile. Doesn't mean you wouldn't get in, just that from what I am seeing here it doesn't seem like the best target). Tuck has an incredibly low acceptance rate due to their small class size. Just something to keep in mind. I would suggest that Duke, Darden, Kellogg are great target schools. You should keep Wharton and maybe one other (Sloan, Tuck or HBS - whichever you want most!) as a stretch. As for Kennedy School, as far as I know, the MBA and Policy applications are evaluated separately and bear no effect on one another. There should be more info on their websites about this, though.
Good luck!
