EMBA is really about three things: your experience, your leadership and your ability to pay for the program! Your experience is plenty and the fact you have 25 direct reports, while a bit low compared to some jobs, will be enough to demonstrate leadership. You might also not be counting indirect reports. The GMAT will be important, but not as much as your experience and leadership. Of course, most EMBA programs who have room will make admissions work for those who demonstrate the appropriate level of experience and can pay for the program. They will also ask you how you plan to keep up with school while you are working, so having a plan for this is important. Let us know if we can be helpful.
