Hi,
You have an average GMAT Score. However your work experience and academics are decent and impressive.
The list of B Schools you have selected are very good and among the top B Schools. As per your GMAT Score IE Spain and HKUST are among the list where you can apply and your acceptance rate is quite high compared to other B Schools you have mentioned in the list. However you can also apply for ESADE, Emory and University of Wisconsin. A low GMAT score can certainly be offset by submitting a good essay and working hard on your application and interviews. Most schools see a combination of all these things to grant an admission.
It is highly advisable in your case to focus on your application evaluation essays. This is where you can demonstrate your leadership qualities, achievements, professional vision and other abilities. A well presented and perfectly written essay is absolutely critical to make a strong case for yourself during the final interview.
