Well, again I'm not passing judgement yet, and certainly not until we see your GMAT!!
So don;t get down.. but DO get realistic.
Also, this doesn't mean you have to give up your hopes on Top 10 programs, but that you need to prepare the right application strategy. So let's say for example, you were to pick Columbia and Wharton and NYU in the top ten, and then Johnson and UNC and Tepper (just an example) as Tier 2 schools, you would have good balanced strategy, and still have some chances to get in to the top schools. But the most important is to realize that it's more than just good score, that you need to dig through your profile to find the things that make you most unique.
