They don't send out any confirmation email for the same, although you can keep checking your app status regularly.

They will directly send out the interview invite, and the status may change to - Application Complete Pending interview ( from last years thread )

Hey everybody, I haven't been active on this forum yet but I just finished my interview this morning so I thought I'd share my experience.

First off, my interview was with Lauren Capone. She was extremely nice, informational, and easy to talk to. Questions:

1. Tell me about yourself academically and professionally starting with undergrad and leading up to now.
2. Why an MBA now?
3. Why a Tepper MBA?
4. What type of leader are you?
5. Biggest perceived weakness in your application and what steps are you taking to address it?

I'm a Consortium applicant, so I did my interview with Linwood Harris on Wednesday.

1. Tell me about yourself
2. Why MBA?
3. What have you done to support the Consortium?
4. Leadership and teamwork examples
5. How are you going to hit the ground running at Tepper?
6. What do you do outside of work?
7. Any questions for the interviewer?

30 minutes on the dot.

Had my interview yesterday with the Adcom member. The questions were

1. Tell me about yourself
2. Why and what do you want to gain out of an MBA
3. Why Tepper
4. How would I contribute to Tepper
5. What do I do in my free time

The interview lasted exactly 30 minutes including the questions I asked her.

Hi all,
Do you think (if a re-applicant can guide, that'd be great) the Tepper invites are based on just the Resume or the overall application i.e. including essays.
What I am trying to assess is if my essays were considered decent by the adcom as I got the invite (so I may use those stories in a similar/related essay of a different college).
Let me know what you guys think.

Now it looks like it was just based on Resume and work experience from the application.

I got an email a few mins back sayin that my application is complete and under review; meaning I reckon they fully opened my application only now.

Hi guys i got a letter from tepper saying that my application is complete and under review and that i should check my status on the dec 19 decision date. I have not gotten an interview invite yet does this letter mean they are reviewing my application or something else?

I think the status will remain the same until your done with the interview.

Or probably did the status take a while to change ?

I scheduled my interview a few days back. The status just changed.

So I think, they first do an initial review before they send out the interview invites, and later do a thorough review.

Hmm, I see. From previous threads it seems the status changed to Stage 2 - Application Complete, pending interview.

Though one of the applicants' status was -Stage 3: Credentials Received - Appication Under Review by the Admissions Committee (without the interview .)

So it seems the status remains the same till the time ad-com reviews the whole application.

When is your interview ?

Thanks! A little low on the GMAT though.

I still havent got an invite for an interview. Infact the status on my App hasnt changed from submitted yet.

Am i missing something,do you think? Or does this mean that they havent yet begun to review my App? Have many people received invites for interviews yet?
