It does sound like your situation is a little more challenging than usual to get letters of recommendation. High school teacher may be a little bit too ancient history, unless you've continued to be involved in extracurricular activities that the teacher can speak to.
For you recommenders, you should prepare a summary document (1-2 pages), highlighting achievements that they would be able to comment on, and themes you are trying to communiation in your applications. Your i-banking supervisor sounds like a good person to ask for recommendation letter. You should try to talk to the person first, then prepare the summary document for your recommender.
You should select people who know your well, think of any mentors, advisors, customers, etc.

I have had interactions with numerous vendors, suppliers, buyers, customers, etc but none to the extent that they will be able to write 1000 words on me. Moreover, even if i find one, they will not be able to write one in English.
Out of the 4 above, I am thinking of going with just 2: High school econ teacher and Investment banking supervisor. I am thinking of explaining my situation in the additional info section.
