Hi Oopsii,
Thanks for sharing. Your profile is stronger than you think. Supply chain management is a niche field and is highly valued at business schools. It seems like your academics are fairly strong. And, your community work is actually quite deep relative to other Indian applicants. Not to mention your achievements in dance and arts. Overall, it seems you are quite well rounded.
I would say the best thing you could do to stand out is to wait one more year before applying. My biggest concern is that you simply don't have very much full time work experience (most people have 3-5 years at the time of matriculation). You can still apply, of course, and I do still think you'll get into some decent schools, but you'll really want to demonstrate your professional leadership. So, as much as you can take the lead on projects, lead teams, or initiative new projects at work, the better. Also, I would encourage you to take on more of a formal leadership role at the NGO. Finally, I'd be sure to continue your extracurricular activities and maybe try to do something interesting with one of them that showcases your leadership (start a dance school or a painting school? I don't know - those are just random ideas).
Best of luck,
Mili
